Who We Are
Studio LFG Inc. ("LFG," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (www.studiolfg.ca) and our mobile app (powered by MarianaTek). When you book a class, visit our site, or interact with us, you agree to these terms as detailed in your purchase agreement.
We’re all about movement, mindset, and community, without the hassle of unnecessary legal jargon.
Privacy Policy Overview
We collect only what we need to enhance your experience, whether it’s for booking a class, personalizing your sessions, or making sure you get the best service possible. Here’s what you need to know:
What We Collect: Basic account details (name, email, phone number), payment info (securely processed), class history, and preferences.
How We Use It: To process bookings, send reminders, track your classes for your Loyalty Program levels and rewards, improve our services, and (if you opt in) keep you updated with offers, new classes and more!
Who We Share It With: Trusted third-party providers like Mariana Tek (for booking), Stripe (payment processor), and analytics services—but never for sketchy marketing purposes.
Your Rights: You can access, update, or delete your data at any time. We also don’t track or sell your personal info.
Terms of Use Overview
By using our website or App, booking a class, or interacting with our services, you agree to these terms:
Your Responsibility: Keep your account secure, do not share your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Duplicate accounts will be merged.
Class Bookings & Cancellations: All booking changes must be completed on our App or website available to you 24/7. We have policies in place for use of the class credit if a cancellation or reschedule is completed less than 12 hours before class start time, and class credits are used for a no show. Unlimited Memberships do not use the class credit for a late cancellation or no show, rather we process a $10 late cancellation or a $15 no show fee for each occurance. This is automatically deducted from your form on payment on record, if changes are not made more than 12 hours in advance of class time.
Health & Liability: Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, but you’re responsible for your own movement. By participating you acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity. Before attending a class, you must review and accept our Liability Waiver.
Health and Fitness Data: If you choose to enable Workout Metrics and grant permission through Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS, our App accesses health and fitness data, such as heart rate and calories burned, solely to display workout metrics for your classes. This data is accessed and processed on your device. It is not transmitted to, stored, or retained by our App provider or us. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. The uses and restrictions described in this section apply specifically to health and fitness data accessed through this feature.
You can revoke the app's access at any time through the permissions settings in Health Connect or Apple Health.
Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with Google's applicable Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Electronic Communication: When you book or interact with us, you consent to receive emails, updates, and notifications related to your account and our services, and you can always opt in or out of additional communications,
Intellectual Property: All content on our site and app belongs to Studio LFG Inc. and cannot be copied or used without permission.
