At Studio LFG, we keep Pilates simple and powerful. Our Reformer Pilates studio in Georgetown is built around three signature class styles: LIFT, FLOW, and GROW. Each class has a clear intention, smart structure, and the flexibility for instructors to personalize the experience with creative programming, accessories, music, and energy — so every class feels different.

There are no levels, no labels, and no exclusions here. Every body is welcome in every class. You choose how you move.

By popular demand, we also offer “The Class” our fourth class format and a member favourite. It’s a dynamic LIFT + FLOW blend that changes every time. Think instructor-led creativity, varied accessories (excluding Jumpboard), and fresh programming rooted in Pilates fundamentals. Perfect for movers who crave variety without losing purpose.

We’re proud to be Georgetown’s first of its kind, not a traditional Pilates studio, but an elevated, community-driven space designed for strength, connection, and real life movement. Our approach blends form and function, tradition and edge, keeping workouts engaging, effective, and adaptable.
